Colloquium call for submissions « Youth at the Crossroads of Family, Community, State and Society »

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS FOR DOCTORAL STUDENTS, POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHES AND RESEARCHES
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, two Quebec-based research networks (ADAJ – Accès au droit et à la justice, focused on youth access to law and justice, and Séparation parentale, recomposition familiale, focused on changing family structures) are jointly hosting a Colloquium focused on « Youth at the Crossroads », to be held in Montreal on May 23-24, 2019.
Participation in this Colloquium is open to current doctoral students, recent graduates and early- career academics in any youth related discipline (law, social work, social studies, …). The conference is intended to provide participants with a stimulating environment to discuss their work with international experts.
Submissions should include
- The title of the work and a 500-word (maximum) abstract
- The Round Table in which your presentation would take place
- Author’s full professional affiliation and CV (or resume)
Submissions should be sent in English or in French by e-mail to jeunesse- carrefour@umontreal.ca. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is October 15, 2018.
